Video - The 2013 MLB All Star Game took place in Citi Field, where American League pitching dominated the event, not allowing a single run. Meanwhile, the AL offense scored 3 runs against shaky NL pitching. The first 2 runs were scored of a sacrifice fly and a fielder's choice. Mariano Rivera made his last All Star appearance, with a great standing ovation from the packed stadium. The AL defense waited to take the field for warm-ups in the 8th inning, in honor of the greatest closer in history. After a Prince Fielder triple, Joe Nathan saved the game, with a final score of American League 3, National League 0. Mariano Rivera won the MVP, and is one of only 4 player to win both World Series and All Star MVP.  Wow, what an emotional moment for Mariano - 3 minute mark.
